All information provided to us by a User when he registers on the Website and/or subscribes to the Services and/or scans their feet, including name, address, telephone number, email address, gender, weight, feet conditions, geometric info of feet, Planter pressure of feet, company name, age, date of birth etc.
All information that a user chooses to share on the Website such as photos, screenshots, comments, events or other user generated content that may be uploaded on our Website.
Other information such as postal code, password, birthdate, height, weight your gender, education qualifications and proof thereof, mobile number, address and other information you may provide in order to validate your account/use the Services. Your profile picture, if any, along with basic information such as your name/company name may be publicly displayed as part of your account information.
You may optionally provide us with this information through third-party sign-in services such as but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google. In such cases, we procure and store any information about you that is made available to us through these sign-in services.

Financial information such as bank details, credit card details, debit card details, account details, PAN card details, GST details, TAN details or electronic wallet details required to transact on the Website.

In case an amicable settlement cannot be reached, such disputes, differences or controversies shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 2019 including any amendment or re-enactment thereof, by a single arbitrator, who shall be appointed by the Company. The proceedings of such arbitration shall be conducted in the English language and the venue of such arbitration shall be New Delhi. The award of such arbitration shall be final and binding upon the Parties hereto.
